November | A Card a Day challenge – Part 2 of 3

This is a follow on from my previous post about the Facebook  A Card a Day challenge. The group is an invitation only one and is full of enthusiastic crafters and I must admit it’s quite nice to be validated by people who get what you’re doing and are into it as much as you are.

And now….. here’s cards I made from Day 11 to Day 20

Day 11

A white embossed card with a washi taped Merry Christmas that intersects it

Day 12

day-12-card-12
The washi tape from the previous day made me get out all the washi tape I had and this was the result 🙂

Day 13

day-13-card-13
I was desperate for ideas. The apple and the background were drawn using Conte crayons and I used a dip and scratch pen for the sentiment. My handwriting is appalling!

Day 14

day-14-card-14
Crochet flowers with a washi taped greeting 🙂

Day 15

The focal point was made entire out of stickers! It’s quite sweet and I was pleased with the end result

Day 16

My second ever shaker card – I used a bauble die for this

Day 17

day-17-card-17
The ‘hello’ die is from Lawn Fawn and the butterflies are from Poundland (yup! they have a craft section!)

Day 18

day-18-card-18
I have a Cuttle Bug but I rarely use it. This card uses both embossing and die cutting techniques. The background is washi taped.

Day 19

day-19-card-19
A simple one; but I didn’t have a lot of time or many ideas on hand 🙂

Day 20

day-20-card-20
This actually looks a lot nicer in real life 🙂 I embossed the card, inked it up and then used Stickles over the sentiment and presents.

Like them? Did you have a favourite? Want to see some more? Here you go- Days 21 to 30
